IMG Claims aim to contact you within ten days of receipt of your claim.

When contacting IMG Claims in relation to a current claim, please ensure that you have your claims reference with you.

Claim Tips

In order for us to reach the correct decision on your claim as quickly as possible, here are some tips to help you with submitting your claim:

  • Read your policy wording to check that the circumstances of the claim can be considered for cover.
  • Answer all the questions on the claim form.
  • Provide a clear and detailed account of the claims circumstances.
  • Provide all supporting documents – such as holiday booking invoices to confirm travel dates, police reports, damage reports, expense receipts, GP certificates and any other documentation to help prove the validity and amount of your claim.
